Loflin Fabrication is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Denton, NC.

Since 1993, Loflin Fabrication has built heavy-duty skid steer, tractor, and excavator attachments used by farmers, contractors, land clearing crews, and construction professionals across the country. Our equipment is built tough, and we need a skilled maintenance professional who can help keep our manufacturing operation running at its best.

This is not a basic maintenance position. We’re looking for someone who can troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and prevent problems across a wide range of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

✅ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and operational issues

✅ Troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime

✅ Maintain and repair CNC and laser cutting equipment
